Laura Dill has been training and coaching since 2010. Her fitness career started with an outdoor bootcamp that grow quickly in the community and called for more space and more knowledge about the human body. She went onto opening her own facility and better obtaining more knowledge with kettlebell workouts and kettlebell programs through the Russian Kettlebell Challenge in 2011. She earned her first certification with the Hardstyle ways of training. Each step she took lead her to gain more idependence from the main stream fitness world. Trying not to be the "typical" gym. She wanted to offer something different and a training philosphy that could change the mindset of the traditional workout programs. She looked to programs that keeps things interesting and keeps providing results. She found that with StrongFirst Kettlebells and Barbell programs. She has helped hundreds of people gain strength and drop unwanted body fat. She also hold a certificate in nutritional therapy and functional movement. Swing your way into fitness. With this program you will get play-by-play instructions along with video links for proper form. By the end of the 6 weeks you will have a more efficient cardiovascular system and a smaller waist line.
Once you have completed the beginners course you will be ready to turn up the heat. This next set of programs will require a bit more time and lots more blood sweat and tears. This will incorporate barbell complexes and kettlebell and body weight finishers. Get lean muscle mass to prepare you anything. Video instructions included.
You have made it, Congratulations on making it to the advanced program. If you were able to complete the first 2 levels then you will be ready for level 3. This will test your ability to stay under the bells and work past your anaerobic threshold. Get ready to build a body of steel. This program is a great way to prepare you for the StrongFirst Tactical Strength Challenge along with dropping body fat and building lean muscle. This is a 9 week program at 3 days a week. Includes detailed video instruction and basic kettlebell education and tips and hints to get the most out of your training.
